Terms of service

Game finder (gamefinderapp.dev and its Android app) is operated by Bailey Jake Winstanley, an individual seller ("we", "us"). By using Game finder you enter into an agreement with Bailey Jake Winstanley. Contact: privacy@gamefinderapp.dev.

By accessing or continuing to use Game finder you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You must be at least 13, and old enough to enter a contract in your country to buy a subscription.

Game finder uses AI to identify games from your description and to recommend games. Free use is limited; Premium gives a higher daily search allowance. Plans and prices are listed on our pricing page.

Keep your sign-in details confidential and accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must not use Game finder to:

• break the law, or commit fraud or send spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• submit illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative content;
• interfere with security — including malware, probing, scraping, or automated bulk searching;
• jailbreak or manipulate the AI, or bypass search limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.

Results are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete — check details (titles, platforms, prices) before relying on them. You are responsible for what you type and how you use results, and you must have the right to any text you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your searches solely to provide the service. We may filter or refuse outputs and remove content that breaks these terms.

If you believe a result infringes your rights, email privacy@gamefinderapp.dev and we will review it. Repeated infringement leads to account suspension.

We own Game finder, including its software, design and branding. Game names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled; you can cancel any time from your account page and keep Premium until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

Some links to shops are affiliate links that may earn us a commission. Purchases from those shops are between you and the shop.

We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, and we may change or discontinue features.

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. When an account ends, its data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes go to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country. We aren't responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may update these terms and will revise the date above.
